USER AGREEMENT

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using this platform, you ("User") agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement") in its entirety. If you do not agree to all terms herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
This Agreement constitutes the primary governing document between you and the Platform Owner. All other policies (Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, etc.) are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.
2. PLATFORM ACCESS AND NATURE OF USE
2.1 REVOCABLE LICENSE
Your access to this platform is granted as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and fully revocable license. No user acquires any ownership rights, proprietary interest, or irrevocable entitlement to the platform, its infrastructure, or its services.
2.2 PLATFORM CONTROL
The Platform Owner retains ultimate and exclusive authority over all platform systems, infrastructure, data architecture, access controls, and operational decisions. Users operate within a permissioned environment controlled entirely by the Platform Owner.
2.3 ACCOUNT ACCESS
The Platform Owner and designated administrators retain the right to access, review, suspend, modify, or permanently revoke any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: compliance enforcement, fraud investigation, system integrity maintenance, legal obligation, or violation of platform policies.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND RESPONSIBILITY
3.1 You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.3 You must maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.
3.4 You must immediately notify the Platform Owner of any unauthorized access to your account.
3.5 The Platform Owner is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
4. MULTI-TENANT ENVIRONMENT
4.1 This platform operates as a multi-tenant system. Multiple users and entities may operate accounts or workspaces within the same platform environment.
4.2 Each tenant's data is logically separated. However, the Platform Owner retains administrative access across all tenant environments for compliance, security, and operational purposes.
4.3 No tenant may take actions that compromise the security, availability, or integrity of the platform or any other tenant's operations.
4.4 The Platform Owner may reclaim, suspend, or reassign tenant accounts and resources when operationally or legally necessary.
5. USER OBLIGATIONS
Users are obligated to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
- Refrain from actions that harm, disrupt, or exploit the platform or other users
- Respect the intellectual property rights of the Platform Owner and third parties
- Comply with all platform policies as amended from time to time
6. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
6.1 The Platform Owner may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice for any policy violation, suspected fraud, legal requirement, or at its sole discretion.
6.2 Upon termination, your license to use the platform immediately ceases.
6.3 The Platform Owner retains the right to retain data post-termination as outlined in the Data & Security Policy.
6.4 Users may not contest account termination through platform mechanisms; formal disputes must follow the Dispute Resolution process outlined herein.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by applicable law as determined by the Platform Owner, with dispute resolution provisions as set forth in the Dispute Resolution Policy.
8. AMENDMENTS
The Platform Owner reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Users are responsible for reviewing updates.
