ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

EFFECTIVE DATE: January 1, 2025

1. PURPOSE

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the boundaries of permissible conduct on this platform. Violations may result in immediate suspension, permanent termination, and/or legal action.

2. PERMITTED USE

The platform may be used solely for:

• Creating, managing, and exporting documents and manuals within the bounds of this policy
• Accessing subscription features for which payment has been confirmed
• Business productivity and knowledge management purposes
• Any use explicitly authorized by the Platform Owner in writing

3. PROHIBITED USE

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

3.1 FRAUD AND DECEPTION

• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
• Submitting fraudulent payment information
• Exploiting promotional credits or referral systems through artificial means
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

3.2 TECHNICAL ABUSE

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Using automated scripts, bots, or tools to scrape content or bypass rate limits
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs without responsible disclosure
• Attempting to gain unauthorized administrative access
• Introducing malware, viruses, backdoors, or malicious code

3.3 ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

• Using the platform to facilitate any illegal act
• Violating intellectual property rights of any party
• Engaging in harassment, defamation, or discriminatory conduct
• Violating privacy laws or processing personal data without authorization

3.4 PLATFORM INTEGRITY

• Taking any action that disrupts or degrades platform performance
• Circumventing access controls or authentication systems
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Attempting to access other users' data or accounts

4. CONTENT STANDARDS

4.1 Users must not upload, generate, or distribute content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or harassing
• Infringing on third-party intellectual property rights
• Sexually explicit without explicit authorization
• Designed to deceive or manipulate other users

5. ENFORCEMENT

5.1 The Platform Owner reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including:

• Immediate account suspension or termination
• Removal of offending content
• Reporting to law enforcement
• Civil or criminal legal proceedings

5.2 Enforcement actions are taken at the sole discretion of the Platform Owner and are not subject to appeal through platform mechanisms.

6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Users may report policy violations through the designated support channel. Reports are handled confidentially.
