THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND INTEGRATION DISCLAIMER

1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The platform may integrate with, link to, or rely upon third-party services, APIs, payment gateways, AI providers, and external tools (collectively "Third-Party Services"). These include but are not limited to payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe), AI service providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and analytics tools.

2. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIRD PARTIES

2.1 The Platform Owner does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Service.

2.2 The availability, performance, accuracy, reliability, and security of Third-Party Services are outside the Platform Owner's control.

2.3 Third-Party Services operate under their own terms, policies, and privacy practices. Users are encouraged to review these independently.

3. PAYMENT GATEWAYS

3.1 Payment processing is conducted by third-party payment gateways. The Platform Owner does not store full payment card details.

3.2 The Platform Owner is not liable for payment failures, chargebacks, or security incidents occurring at the payment gateway level.

3.3 Disputes regarding payment processing must first be addressed with the relevant payment provider.

4. AI SERVICES

4.1 AI-powered features on this platform rely on third-party AI providers.

4.2 AI output quality, accuracy, and availability are not guaranteed by the Platform Owner.

4.3 The Platform Owner is not liable for inaccuracies or limitations in AI-generated content.

5. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

5.1 Interruptions to Third-Party Services may affect platform functionality.

5.2 The Platform Owner is not liable for damages resulting from Third-Party Service outages or limitations.

6. DATA SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES

6.1 Certain data may be transmitted to Third-Party Services to enable integration features.

6.2 Such data sharing is governed by our Privacy Policy and the applicable third party's privacy policy.

6.3 Users consent to such data sharing by using integrated features.

7. CHANGES TO THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

7.1 The Platform Owner may add, modify, or remove third-party integrations at any time.

7.2 Such changes may affect available features but will not entitle users to refunds.
