Platform Ownership & Intellectual Property Policy

PLATFORM OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

EFFECTIVE DATE: January 1, 2025

1. PLATFORM OWNERSHIP

1.1 The platform — including all software, algorithms, methodologies, user interface designs, workflows, data structures, and system architecture — is the sole and exclusive property of the Platform Owner.

1.2 No user, tenant, or third party acquires any ownership interest in the platform or its underlying systems through use, payment, or any other means.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

2.1 PLATFORM IP

All intellectual property embodied in the platform, including patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, and proprietary methodologies, is owned exclusively by the Platform Owner.

2.2 USER CONTENT

Users retain ownership of original content they create using the platform (documents, manuals, and similar work product). However:

• This content must not incorporate the Platform Owner's proprietary material without consent
• The Platform Owner is granted a license to host and process this content as specified in the User Agreement
• User content created in violation of these policies may be removed without compensation

3. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

Users are expressly prohibited from:

3.1 Copying, modifying, distributing, or sublicensing any platform component

3.2 Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code

3.3 Creating derivative works based on any platform element

3.4 Removing or obscuring any proprietary notices or labels

3.5 Using the platform's brand elements, logos, or trademarks without written consent

3.6 Building competing products or services using knowledge derived from platform access

4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

4.1 Content generated by AI systems operating within the platform is produced using the Platform Owner's proprietary infrastructure and configurations.

4.2 Users may use AI-generated outputs for their own personal and commercial purposes within the scope of their subscription.

4.3 AI-generated content may not be used to train competing AI systems or to replicate the Platform Owner's methodologies.

5. THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 The platform may incorporate third-party components licensed under appropriate agreements.

5.2 Users must not circumvent or violate any third-party license terms while using the platform.

6. INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS

6.1 If you believe any platform content infringes your intellectual property rights, contact the Platform Owner with full details of the alleged infringement.

6.2 The Platform Owner will investigate legitimate claims and take appropriate action.

7. ENFORCEMENT

Violations of this policy will result in immediate account termination and may result in civil or criminal legal proceedings.
